            Full-time rates are for 45 hours of childcare per week. You may contract for additional hours (@ $3 per hour) with the approval of the Director.

            Part-time rates are for up to 25 hours a week.

            Early Arrivals/Late Pickups:  There is an additional fee of $3 per every 15 minutes (or $10 per hour) for any time used before or after contracted hours.

            Non-scheduled days may be added to your schedule only if requested and then approved by the Director no later than Wednesday of the previous week.

GENERAL POLICIES

PAYMENTS:

            Fee payments are due Monday morning of each week of service. Please be sure to indicate payment week, trip monies, etc. on your check.  Please include a $10 late fee when paying after Wednesday.

DISCOUNTS:

            Oldest child                    Full Rate

            Second child                  $5 Discount

            Subsequent children        20% Discount

HOLIDAYS/SICK DAYS:

            Fees are payable for holidays during which the Center is closed. A list of holiday closings will be posted at the start of each year. Fees cannot be refunded for sick or vacation days.

VACATION DAYS:

            Full or part-time families are eligible for up to 5 days of fee vacation per year. Guidelines are stated in the Parent Handbook.

KINDERGARTEN:

$140.00     Private Kindergarten - full day 9 – 3

$155.00     Extended care 6:30am – 6:00pm

SCHOOL-AGE (SACC)

Drop In rate $35.00 per day

REGISTRATION

A $50 registration fee and a $6 insurance fee are required.

The first week’s and last week’s deposit is due at the time of registration.

          (Fees/Deposits are non-refundable)

LATE CHARGES:

          If your child is left at the Center past 6 PM (closing time), you will be charged $1 for every one (1) minute per child or portion thereof past 6 PM which is payable immediately upon your arrival. If you know you are going to be late, and a phone is available, please notify us so we can reassure your child.

LOW INCOME:

          Slots are available.  Please inquire at the office.

ABSENCES:

          TLC should be called early morning (215/257-6636) if your child is not attending school and/or not coming to the Center on a given day.
